You agree that our continued provision of services to you, and your continued use of them, represent your agreement to be bound by the ToS.

Introduction

Our Terms of Services (ToS) are designed to be read and understood by the average person. Before using our service, please read them carefully. Our Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between ypt.me and you.

'YPTCDN', 'ypt.me', 'our', 'we', and 'us' refer to our content delivery network service provider. All customers are subject to the terms in this document and the Acceptable Use Policy. We may alter these documents, so please check for updates regularly.

Privacy & Data Policy

ypt.me values transparency in data handling. We've crafted a detailed yet simple privacy and data policy. By using our service, you confirm that you've read and accept our policy.

Account Termination

You agree that ypt.me might, without notice, terminate your account for reasons including but not limited to: violations of the ToS, law enforcement requests, or providing false account info. All data associated with terminated accounts may be deleted without the option for recovery.

Pricing

All payments to ypt.me are upfront and non-refundable. Prices are subject to change at our discretion.

Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide 24/7 service with a 99.995% monthly uptime. However, interruptions might occur. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or support outside regular business hours.

Negative Balance and Consequences

If your balance turns negative, CDN services will halt. Content might be permanently deleted after 24 hours. This deletion is irreversible. Maintain a positive balance to prevent disruptions and data loss.

Balance Expiry and Content Deletion

Unused balances will expire after a year. Upon expiry, balances are forfeited and CDN-related content is deleted. Recharge within the year to prevent data loss.

Limitation of liability

We, our affiliates, directors, or employees won't be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, data, or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

DMCA

We respect artist and content owner rights and are not a platform for distributing copyrighted content. You must do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted a policy to terminate the accounts of customers found to be repeatedly in violation of copyright without the right to a refund.

For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

  • An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Service
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit ypt.me to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
